Yoniva user study ยท Spring 2026
Our user study: 40 women, 30 days
Before setting up our medical advisory board, we ran a user study with 40 women who signed a written consent form and agreed to be followed for 30 days. They used the Yoniva routine (cleanser, balm and spray) and told us what changed. Here is what they reported.
- 40 women took part
- 90% reported a significant reduction in symptoms
- 3โ10 days, on average, before they noticed an improvement
- 0 adverse reactions reported
How the study was run
| Format | User panel with signed written consent |
|---|---|
| Participants | 40 adult women recruited through the Yoniva community |
| Profile | French-speaking women from Quebec and the rest of Canada, aged 25 to 50 |
| Length | 30 days of use with ongoing follow-up |
| How we measured | A questionnaire at the start, then follow-ups at 3, 7 and 30 days |
| When | Spring 2026 |
What the women reported
9 out of 10 women reported a significant reduction in their symptoms after 3 to 10 days of using the full Yoniva routine every day. They described four kinds of benefits:
- Less odor, irritation and recurring discomfort
- More intimate comfort, day to day and during sex
- Very good tolerance: none of the 40 women reported an adverse reaction
- More confidence and a better relationship with their own body
Every participant (100%) said natural ingredients were a top reason for choosing an intimate care product, and 40% named respecting the body's pH.
Which routine they chose
| pH Balance | 71% |
|---|---|
| Clear Scent | 15% |
| Gentle Touch | 14% |
pH Balance was by far the most requested. This matches what the women told us: pH imbalance was the number one concern they raised on their own.
Next step: an independent clinical trial
Yoniva is setting up a medical advisory board. Its role is to review our formulas and claims independently, and to design a true third-party clinical trial with an ethics committee, medical supervision and objective measures such as vaginal pH, tolerance and satisfaction. We will share the results here.
