Our team will reply with return instructions and a free return shipping label, so sending the product back costs you nothing. Once your return reaches our warehouse in Saint-Léonard, Québec, the refund goes back to your original payment method automatically. Please contact us before mailing anything, because items sent back without a refund request cannot be accepted.

Do you use any harmful chemicals?
